join our journey!
In an interview with Crave Music Magazine, Crave wrote, “Liam Gallagher from Oasis once said, “You’ve either got it or you haven’t,” referring to a particular charisma that a musician has. With whatever credibility I have gained throughout my music journalism journey thus far, I am here to announce that whatever “it” is, The Fresh Bears have exactly that.”
Over the last 3 years, The Fresh Bears have gone from 3 brothers jamming out in their lofted bedroom to one of alternative music’s most compelling rising acts. Comprised of Hudson Felsman (vocals/guitar), Jude Felsman (guitar/vocals), Everett Felsman (drums), and Grant Baker (bass), the band discovered their own unique creative identity through influences like Inhaler, Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon, and U2.
This evolution led to the release of their self-produced debut album, POVERTY SOUL, in 2025. The album introduced The Fresh Bears’s emotionally immersive alt-rock sound cemented them as the must-see act on any given night, with a rapidly growing fanbase and the songs to back it up.
A little over a year later, the band of brothers returned with their sophomore album, VERY AMERICAN, released in September 2026. Produced by Kurt Felsman And Jeremy Schering, their self-produced album transforms themes of innocence, identity, spiritual and emotional freedom, and authenticity into the band’s boldest and most ambitious work to date, featuring songs including “HILLS,” “CHEMICAL SWEET,” “UGLY,” “HOPE,” and “PARAMOUNT”.
The Fresh Bears have earned a reputation for honest, energetic, and show-stopping live performances and an undeniable stage presence, poising them to leave their mark on the world stage. The band has played with bands such as, Bleach, Little Image, Adam Paddock, Carver Commodore, Jettee, and The Brokes. With VERY AMERICAN now out and a growing audience behind them, THE FRESH BEARS continue to establish themselves as one of alternative music’s most exciting & creative new voices.
